Bill's Rain Forest Project
Assessment

Assessment:

Assessment will be on going with day to lessons or activities as I observe students logging on, opening Word Perfect or Internet Explorer. I will also observe their use of the CD-ROMS. They will be required to create at least three trees for the bulletin board rain forest. They should be able to accurately make one for each layer and some forest floor plants. Activity 4-Animal Research requires a print out of their report and a cut out drawing of their animal mounted in a special folder with a rain forest background. I will check for all three elements. Activity 7 will be assessed with a rubric for the group.
